Our shipments are made via CTT or TNT, depending on the destination.

All orders are shipped with tracking service and delivered upon subscription. After shipping the order from our warehouses, you will be able to track it through a code that we send you by email.

If delivery is not possible due to the absence of the recipient, the order will be forwarded to a nearby collection point for later collection.

When indicating data for the shipment (name, address, postal code) verifies that they are correct and complete, and in the event that it is impossible to deliver the order due to incorrect or incomplete information, the resulting expenses are borne by the customer.

The fulfillment of orders placed on the website is subject to the availability of the products. Our online stock is automated and we try our best to ensure that there are no human or computer errors.

In case of unavailability of the product, we will promptly inform the customer of the partial or total cancellation of the order, and he/she will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

After the order is shipped from our warehouses, the responsibility for it passes to the transport company. Any delay in relation to the estimated delivery time is beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible and do not confer the right to compensation. If you do notreceive an order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via e-mail encomendas@sapatariabarata.com) so that we can investigate the situation.

For orders to non-EU destinations, it is possible that additional customs fees may have to be paid that are not possible for us to calculate, and which are always at the customer's expense.

Atm

When you choose payment by ATM, an email will be sent with the necessary data to pay for the order at an ATM or HomeBanking terminal. The data will also be available in the customer area. You must make a payment for services/purchases and enter the entity, reference and amount indicated. The payment term is 24 hours after placing the order. At the end of this period, the stock reservation is void and the order is cancelled. ATM payments are mediated by the financial institution SIBS-INFTHPAY.

MB Way

When you choose to pay by MB Way, a payment request will be sent to the MB Way app on your smartphone within 15 minutes. If you do not confirm the payment within this period, the order will be cancelled. Payments by MB Way are mediated by the financial institution SIBS-INFTHPAY.
